We are new to the area and we gave Whitney our requests for a home that met our requirements.. Whitney selected four homes for us. All four met our needs and two of which were outstanding and one we made an offer and purchased. Whitney guided us through the process with professionalism. In addition to her duties as a realtor she also acquainted us with the area and gave us recommendations on specialists for the lawn, paint, plumber, pool, etc…
She also introduced us to a local lender, Hilary at Cardinal Financing, who did an excellent job and guided us through the approval process for our loan. We would not hesitate to use Whitney and Hilary again for our future homes.

We were introduced to Whitney and Matt through a friend. We were able to schedule a tour of several homes around Lake Palestine that fit our schedule and we were able to find a home that we liked. We were able to put an offer on the house and the team made our communications and process with the seller as painless as possible. Even with potential last minute hiccups, Whitney was able to stay calm and we closed on time! Service is excellent and we would definitely recommend Whitney and Matt Fate.
