Wayne is punctual, informative, communicative, resourceful, and a listener. His adaptability makes him an all-around, top-tier realtor for every sort of buyer or seller. He keeps up-to-date information on things as small as building material and as big as local legislature. If he doesn't have an answer for something immedietely, he will have it and communicate it witin a day (if not sooner). I could not recommend a better realtor, informant, or facilitator than Wayne.

Wayne is an absolute superstar!
The level of effort and care he has given us throughout the process of buying our new home has been phenomenal!
He has been available at all hours to answer our many questions, he has given us a long list of contacts to help with any extra needs we may have and has been just so lovely to deal with all the way through!
