Chynise has been amazing. She helped my father and I sell our 1st flip. I live in CA while my father resides in Phila. ( where the property is located). With that said I was not able to handle some of the final tasks that required physical presence. She was kind enough to go out of her way to pick up and drop off documentation from my parents on more than one occasion. She was kind and very knowledgeable. Her work ethic is unmatched!
