Renee is a very personable professional. She knows her job and does it very well. We don't buy houses very often, so it's reassuring to have someone you can rely on to answer your questions. And if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out ASAP and get back to you just as quickly. Renee is very detail-oriented which is paramount in order to have a successful transaction. She was always willing to go the extra-mile for us and I felt she protected our interests and needs. It isn't easy to pull up stakes, but Renee helps smooth the rough patches and makes a difficult job less stressful.

I was referred to Renee by mutual friends whom also moved from CA to FL. I contacted Renee when I was ready to arrive in FL and start looking for Active Lifestyle and Age Restricted Communities with "my list"....needless to say, after viewing properties between Bradenton/Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch south to the Venice/Englewood/Port Charlotte areas, I selected a Neal Community, new construction in Englewood. Renee has been my guiding light with her knowledge and professionalism along with being a mentor with real estate law here in FL. From the start, Renee was simply wonderful. She put my husband and I at ease as she guided us through a unusual home buying experience. We moved from CT to Nokomis but not before making an offer prior to leaving New England. Her amazing team and network of specialists soon revealed to us, we were in more than capable hands. Renee is one of the most highly attentive and aggressive agents, by far. She is prompt, honest and professional...a real “go getter”. She responded quickly to our calls and replied promptly to our voicemails. A master with contract negotiations, she came up with a deal the buyers could not resist. During the whole process, there was not a detail that escaped her. She was invaluable at securing an inspection, fixing broken door locks, getting appraisals, and completing due diligence with every detail, including the not so responsive roofing company.
