Renee is very helpful and very patient. She helped us find homes to look at, and gave recommendations during walk-throughs. Renee payoff attention to things we asked for, talked about, and said we were interested in or didn't like about houses we saw. She found out as much information as she could when we asked and responded efficiently throughout communication.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Renee Marquis’s on the purchase of our condo. She made the process go smoothly as we were out of state. She did most of the leg work and kept us informed every step of the way. She handled part of the closing and is handling the final walk through for us to be sure there are no damages. We have used realtors in the past that we’re ok but she did the extra mile. We feel that she is the best realtor so far.

Renee worked to find out who I am and what I really want and need to find the right home. It wasn’t easy because I needed lots of hand holding throughout this process — and I wasn’t sure of exactly where I wanted to plant. Through ( last count) seeing 37 homes and talking about more, Renee was patient and analyzed my reactions over a whole year! As a result I truly have the perfect home for me. Perfect. Lovely. And I know a realtor who puts client needs in front. Renee is a gem. (And I’ve made a friend.!)

Renee was amazing!! She got to know what we liked and didn't. We live outside of Florida and had to depend on her a great deal to find our perfect home. She came thru for us and on our 3rd home we put a bid in we won and closed within 30 days!
