From the outset Annmarie walked us through each step of the process. Her suggestion of a pre inspection was a great way to ready the house prior to sale. She was available to do the necessary things that work prevented us from doing, inspectors, etc. Annmarie provided updates ongoing as we went through the various stages of selling.
