We started working with Xena in January of 2023, when we began a serious search for our new home. Xena has been responsive to our needs as we refined our search, which had some very specific needs, especially for future multi-generational use. She was always very helpful and professional when dealing with us, other realtors, and homeowners. When we found our home at the end of May, Xena was prepared and ready, as she had already been communicating with us and our mortgage broker on pre-qualification. Within twenty minutes of deciding to make an offer, our offer was in the hands of the seller's realtor for review and presentation. It was accepted the next day. I attribute this quick resolution to Xena's preparedness and professionalism. As we went through the inspection process and inevitable closing negotiations, Xena kept us informed daily of progress, the usual 'snags' and their prompt resolution. We were able to move-in to our beautiful new home in under three weeks -- the transition from renter to homeowner was smooth, and hassle-free thanks largely to Xena's exceptional professionalism and the value her knowledge of the market brings to any real estate transaction. I strongly recommend Xena for your next home search and purchase. She and her team are well worth it!

I am so pleased to share about the wonderfully supportive style with which Ms. Xena Valone represents her clients as an outstanding realtor in the field of real estate sales!

I purchased a home in Florida during the pandemic closures across the country. Ms. Vallone could not have been more supportive from start to finish of the entire process.

I was able to do virtual tours of prospective homes/properties given her adept use of a video device allowing me to literally see every part of a tour from my home in Maryland.

She kept me informed via email at every turn up through the entire settlement process as well.

She was also a most professional and pleasant person who kept me up to date and at ease at all times. At settlement, I was overwhelmed by her generosity of spirit when she presented me with a basket (creatively in the form of a laundry basket) full of moving supplies including paper towels, scissors, toilet tissue and the like!! I also enjoyed my first dinner at a local restaurant from her congratulatory gift card!!

When she shared that she is my realtor for life, she did not exaggerate as she was so helpful to provide access to contractors working in the Florida vacation home.

Finally, a full year later while at my tax preparer's office, Ms. Vallone aptly retrieved my data upon my call that was not planned. In a split second, I had all of the information needed to be eligible for the tax code benefit.

Great job. Publishing our home for sale with Next Home was a very rewarding experience. Xena was on top of every aspect of the sale. Publishing with pictures was a great selling point. It showed the community in a great overhead.

Xena Vallone is outstanding! As out of state buyers, we needed someone local who could provide us with additional support through the buying process. Xena delivered on all we asked. From recommending local vendors for inspections, who we could use for legal work and insurance, help us get our utilities organized, and even completed our pre-close inspection on our behalf. From the outset of our house hunt in Bradenton, Xena has been a very client focused and had our interests at heart. We lived in Wisconsin and were not going to be able to see our next home in person before putting in an offer, so trusting an agent wasn't going to be easy for me. Xena looked for all the things we would look at for ourselves on our virtual tours of homes, and I forget just how many homes we had her show us. She made it easy to trust her and in the end she helped us find a great condo in a crazy market.

Now when we came down to move in Hurricane Ian was bearing down on us and being from WI have had no experience with such weather. Xena offered up her office for us to stay in at a higher ground than our condo, if her home had room she would have had us stay there. I don't think you can describe "above and beyond" better than that.

I plan on recommending Xena & NextHome in the Sun to anyone who asks. If you're reading this and need a real estate pro, you don't need to look any further.

Xena helped us purchase our Florida getaway home. We went through the purchasing process remotely from Minnesota and Xena was fantastic. She was open and honest with her feedback on different properties we toured via facetime. We relied heavily on her expertise and recommendations. The end result was finding the perfect fit for what we were looking for. We did fly down for a live look during our inspection but everything else was virtual. The whole experience was smooth and professional right up to the virtual closing.

My family worked with Xena Vallone since 2007. We bought, rented out and sold 4 different type of residential properties in Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice (Florida). All these years Xena was a bright example of exceptional professionalism in real estate market. She demonstrated not only deep knowledge in RE market trends, but outstanding skills in negotiations and communications with other agents and tenants. During so long time we encountered with so called "difficult" tenants too, but thanks to Xena everything was o'kay without any losses for us. All elements of RE and RE management service from Xena Vlalone were very good or perfect. Especially for us as not English native speaking.

How many characters are allowed in this field? What can you say about a realtor who meets up with you on a moment’s notice an hour away from her office every Friday afternoon at 4pm for a month, not to mention the numerous other showings during the week? And, she was always pleasant and upbeat no matter how crazy the mobs were at the showings. When we lost out on several houses, she felt as badly as we did. When our offer was accepted, she was excited as we were.

Her communications with us were always up to the minute. She was always well prepared and thorough.

After all her hard work fighting for us, we’re finally home! Thank you,
