First, let's start with her personality; Constance was a very congenial person/agent. The relationship she built with us made us feel like we've been friends forever. She was very communicative, knowledgable, professional. Always punctual for meetings and with paperwork. She thoroughly explained and made sure we understood each step of the process. Last but not least, she's a bomb negotiator. She was honest and wasn't afraid to call bluffs and she didn't back down. This is not my first home I purchased and I don't have anything bad to say about my previous realtor, but I can say "where was she four years ago when I purchase my first home"?
