It was a hard decision to sell my island home and a harder decision to decide what realtor to give the account to. I have several friends in the business but this decision required several boxes to be checked. Brandi checked all those boxes I desired checked. She is a successful professional in her field, a broker who owns her own franchise, an amazing realtor, familiar with the community my island home is in, had previous sales in the area my home is in, a good friend, and most of all I know she is someone I can trust. In the end I am completely satisfied with her service. She went above and beyond with amazing photos and a video of my home, answered and/or returned calls/texts in a prompt manner, was thorough in explaining everything, and made the entire experience stress free.

Brandi was recommended by a family member who is also a Broker with Next Home Solutions in another state. She helped us find the perfect home for our family’s needs and also our dream house! Brandi did an excellent job for us during our home buying process. She was able to accommodate us on impromptu viewings as well as the more planned viewings. In times when Brandi wasn't available, she arranged for one of her of her associates to help us out. Brandi was also very responsive in communications between us and the sellers. This was a tough mission for Brandi from the start but she never gave up, we stayed in contact all the time until finally what I was looking for showed up and she immediately let me know. When it was finally all over I think she was just as excited as me! It feels good to know the person that’s out there for you is just as eager and motivated to find what you’re looking for! When it comes time to move again she’ll be the first to one I call

I honestly could not imagine going through the home buying/selling process without Brandi. She has helped us purchase 3 homes now and a piece of property.
