Kathy was very easy to work with! We were living out of town while looking for a home and could only do showings on weekends, mostly on Sundays. Kathy was awesome! I did not know her before starting to look for a home and she and her husband were great. She set up showings at places we thought we may like and ones we found online. Kathy listened to what we were looking for and then found better places and explained features of the neighborhood. I really appreciated there was no pressure or "up-selling." When it came time to go to closing, Kathy was a rock star! Let's just say (due to no fault of her or I) it took some doing to actually close on the house. Kathy was right there to do whatever she could do to get it done. Thank you! I highly recommend Kathy for whatever your real estate needs are.
