The quality of service and help we received from Kellie Johnson was incredible. If there were bonus stars, I would definitely award her with more than just the five I'm allowed to give here. When many of my family members and friends warned me that the home buying process was going to be painstakingly difficult, I waited and waited for it to be hard. That day never came. It never felt difficult, and it never felt overwhelming with Kellie's assistance. I moved from another state, and Kellie was always willing to drop everything to go to a house I liked and video call me for a virtual tour. Since I couldn't physically be there to see each house, she was very honest and forthcoming about her observations and would ensure I saw details that I would have otherwise missed in a video call. She paid attention to details that I couldn't see (such as the neighborhood and the surrounding area) to make sure I had a full picture of each house. Kellie helped us get the perfect house for us and negotiated amazingly on our behalf when there were multiple offers on the table for the house. She always answered every question I had, big or small and consistently set my mind at ease. She made this process that is notoriously known to be difficult a breeze. Thanks to Kellie we closed on the perfect house for us, and I could not be more thrilled!
