I have bought and sold several houses as I've moved to different parts of the country but I have never experienced the level of professionalism and concierge like services as with Brian and the team at Luxury Living. I was impressed right away during our first meeting where he presented a brochure of services to set a very high quality expectations and he and the team delivered on all. The photos were taken by a professional photographer not with his cell phone and a videographer created the 3D tour. I was also blown away at the showing appointment service where I received a call and text to request showings. Brian negotiated the best deal. I received a contract in 5 days and closed about 20 days later...this in spite of being in the chaos of covid 19.
