Darlene worked her butt off for me. Three times during negotiations I thought the deal was dead, but she got things moving again. She really knows how to get around problems that seem insurmountable and she’s super knowledgeable about the laws and regs in real estate. Highly recommended!

Darlene is an amazing agent. We are first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Darlene was kind, patient, and always answered our questions, no matter how many times I needed them reexplained! She advocated for us in a market full of investors and was a true joy to work with! Darlene was the best! As being a first time home buyer, I knew hardly anything about the process. She was very patient and took the time to not just explain the process, but to make sure I understood all of the "when and why" things that were happening. Believe me, I had many questions. As with anything, there are always unexpected bumps in the road, but she had all of the right solutions for anything that came along. Not only did she get me a serious buyer and a fair price under urgent time constraints, but she counseled me along the way and representing my interests doggedly in dealing with the buyer's agent. She didn't bother me with stressful minutia, made excellent judgment calls, knew her craft deeply, and was also a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. She's truly driven by a desire to help her client, not just the dollar. She also helped us secure our next home, which we wanted to rent (which a lot of brokers don't do), and understood my reasons for not wanting to buy, and didn't pressure us to do otherwise, which I appreciated. She even got us into our new place before it got on the MLS and helped us navigate the timing of the move. Truly full service, and through the process she felt like a member of our family's team. I recommend her highly.

We have used Darlene twice to buy Condos here in Florida and she has done a great Job for us. She is always professional and has always made sure we were well informed in the buying process. My wife and I are looking forward to her helping with the sale of our Condo in Providence circle New Port Richey Florida..
