I can’t even begin to describe how amazing of a job Charlene did. My fiancé and I have dealt with realtors in the past who quite frankly care more about making a sale than they do about their clients. Charlene is the only realtor we’ve had that actually genuinely cares. She will make you feel like you’re looking at houses with your mom because she is extremely honest and pays close attention to detail. In this market it’s obviously very stressful to be on a house hunt but Charlene was there with us every step of the way making sure we did not settle for something less than we deserve just for the sake of saving time. She’s not only amazing at being there for emotional support, but she is extremely knowledgeable. There were so many things that were explained or pointed out that we may not have ever noticed, which shows how genuine she really is. I will be recommending Charlene to any friend or family that is ready to buy a new home because it is so so rare to find a realtor that you can trust and actually cares about you. Again she is just AMAZING.

It is hard to put into words how great Charlene Ludwig was in helping my fiancé and I find our new home. We had met Charlene at an open house and as first time home buyers were obviously a little lost. Charlene stepped in as our realtor and on the same day we met her she made appointments to see some houses THAT night. She made our experience special and was honest and insightful about every house we step foot in. When we were away from the state and could not look at prospective homes, Charlene would face time us so we did not miss a beat (which was crucial in this competitive market). There is also something almost indescribable about Charlene’s personality that complements her Realtor strengths so well. She made me and my fiancé feel like we were her own family members and was never pushy about us making a decision we did not feel comfortable with. Lastly, Charlene gets. it. done. If there is an obstacle at any time of the home buying process ,she will make sure to find a solution to solve it. We would not have found our dream home or possibly a home at all if Charlene was not our realtor and will recommend Charlene’s services to anyone we know that is looking for a place to call home.

Charlene is the most caring, skilled and knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. She worked in earnest to find me my perfect new home. I can’t thank her enough.

Charlene is the most thorough, loving person that we ever dealt with in purchasing a house. And she is a warrior for those who look for houses. Can you imagine how difficult it was for her and us with this Corona Virus problem? If there were a ten stars rating we would give it to her. She was on top of every step that we needed to do, and her patience in all this is highly commendable. We do not know if we had another realtor, that we could gone through this at this time.
