Kathy Van

Kathy was one of the brightest spots in my recent experience of listing my home for sale and searching for a new home to move to. As a first time seller, I needed help and guidance through the listing process and Kathy was able to explain everything in detail and provide insight into how the entire process works. She worked extremely hard to find potential buyers and we ended up receiving multiple offers above our list price. My fiance and I were very picky regarding our potential new home and Kathy was very patient and always willing to meet us for many open house showings.
