We were new to Santa Clarita, LA area. Having moved from TX approximately 3/4 of the year ago. So, when we decided to buy a home here, we wanted someone whom we can trust, walk us though the challenging CA real estate related aspects, help us make the correct choice. We found Jeff Eisenberg through the internet, he was pretty close to where we lived, so we went asked about the loan. We were happy to learn his firm could help us with both the loan and the buying process. This we found to be very attractive since we had to contact only one person/firm.
Jeff and his firm proved to help out way beyond our expectations. He was always there to answer our emails, phone calls, does not matter what time of the day it was. He was very punctual and extremely professional throughout the process. He would educate us and help us make the call without pushing us. In every walk through of a new house on the market, he would point to us many things that our senses missed. He would provide us the comparable sale information that would help us come up with a offer price... In a competitive market such as here in LA at this time, where in houses get multiple offers, Jeff always reminded us to be patient, not to go too over the board, not to fall for houses that needed major work.
We finally got offer though, at the right market price, a house that was move in ready, with such an easy and fun process, no issues through the loan process nor through the purchase process -- All because of Jeff Eisenberg. I can't say enough good things about Jeff. We worked with him for many months in our search for the right home and a good mortgage rate. He really gets to know you and works tirelessly until he gets you the best deal possible. He was never too busy for our questions and we had a lot of them.
