Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

If it wasn't for Maricruz, we would not be in our dream home. I would highly recommend everyone to work with her and the professional team she assembles to ensure you find your dream home – on time and on budget. We met Maricruz in early January 2022 and I didn't know what to expect because everyone says the Bay Area housing situation is crazy (which it is) but Maricruz made the process a breeze. My partner and I looked at hundreds of houses on the Zillow app and when we requested to see the first one Zillow matched us with Maricruz. She met us the next day and was so thoughtful and attentive. She truly listened to our needs/desires and gave us honest feedback about different neighborhoods and what to expect throughout the process. Within the first week of working together, Maricruz helped us find an amazing home and within 10 days of working together we put in an offer and we were accepted on the first try!! She was so smart about the numbers re: how much to offer and when to put the offer in. We closed in under 4 weeks which I am still shocked by because I know that that doesn't happen for many families in the Bay Area given how crazy the market is and how many of us are competing against all cash offers or crazy bidding wars. Maricruz assembled an A+ team around her and everyone worked at record speed to get everything completed in time. But what I loved most about Maricruz was that she was honest and humble. She wasn’t a sleazy realtor trying to convince us of anything but the truth. From the onset, I could tell that she was honest and a genuine person. She’s also born and raised in the Bay Area which I found to be a great perk because she always had answers to my questions when it related to what neighborhoods/school systems/etc would be like. Maricruz was part realtor/part therapist and I’m so grateful for that. Buying a house is an emotional process and she was always there to guide us through it and was responsive to every late-night or early morning text. When we closed on the house, she and her husband came to take photos of us and it was the sweetest memory I will ever have. Nothing with Maricruz felt transactional – you can tell she genuinely cares about making her clients happy and I’m so thankful that Zillow brought us together. 10/10 would recommend Maricruz!

She took time to craft a presentation about the services she offers and the process through which she determined the suggested sales price for my home. The detail she provided in the presentation was so far above another listing agent I was considering, that it was an easy decision to sign with Angela.

The entire process of getting the house ready for sale was straight forward. She told me exactly what she thought needed to be done, how to go about it, and the timing of getting the house on the market. She was mindful of the cost of things and gave me all the information so that I could make an informed decision. It was apparent to be right away that she knew exactly what she was doing and going with her suggestion was always the right decision. The resources (eg., staging, carpet cleaner, handy man) she recommended were professional and timely.

The sales process hit a snag with a first buyer, and Angela gave me options about how to proceed. Long story short, she remained calm and continued to provide full information about my options. The right buyer came along shortly after the house was put back on the market, and the snag with the first buyer ended up being a blessing (in retrospect). The closing sailed through.

The only downside of my experience with Angela is that I met her just as I was moving out of state. She is exceptional and I recommend her highly.
