As a first time homebuyer for a conventional loan, I had done extensive research to find the right home for me. I work in a white glove industry, which makes me particular about the team I choose to work with, as I prefer to learn all along the way.

I did not expect to find a house before year end, but ended up finding one that felt the best fit right after the first week of December. To stay competitive, I decided to put the 15 day reputation to the test.
The conclusion was that we actually closed in 13 days, and if not for my stubborn need for contingencies, he could have closed in less days. Beyond exceptional.
We had worked together for 3 months prior to the close as I was searching for homes. I was in sync with him and my team through each milestone, and it paid off. Mike and I will stay in active touch as well after this transaction.
If you’re a first time homebuyer, you need to know that these results can only be replicated if you are just as committed and as fast at communicating and signing documents, and ensuring you prioritize the process from start to finish. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Mike is more than capable at reciprocating your needs, but be ready to be quick, precise, committed, and respectful of the process and you’ll have a great experience like I did.
