My first home buying experience started off rocky at first. After my first two realtors didn't work out, I found Paul Williams through a mutual friend. He was hands on right off the jump and assisted me with all my needs, questions, and concerns in a timely manner. I never felt uncomfortable at any point in the home-buying process. I was also able to close very quickly after finding the home that I wanted which was a plus for me. He is business minded first and makes sure the buyer is getting the best quality work in all aspects of buying a home. One of the few things that stuck with me is his genuineness, professionalism and the years of experience that he brought to the table. I learned a lot about the process because he took the time to explain everything to me before I encountered it. I recommend Paul Williams to anyone who is looking for a home and wants a comfortable, stress free experience.

Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

I'm really grateful to have met Trisha and to be exposed to what she does. I first met her through the Women Leading in Government series, which provides a safe space for women to share wisdom and and have candid conversations on various aspects of leadership. After attending a few, it was clear to me that she's onto something different, because the group offers insights that I haven't yet heard before, and it creates conversations that tis normally reserved with a trusted mentor. Imagine being able to access a roster of highly accomplished women and ask questions to a senior leader who has seen it all! As someone who has done equity work, this is especially important for women who otherwise would not know how to engage with leaders and senior executives.

I then met with Trisha and attended a few of her own workshops that equip women with skills, strategies, and frameworks that can be used throughout their career. Recently, I attended a workshop on a proactive career formula. She was generous with her time and resources, even meeting with me to talk through questions and ideas I had after the workshop. Not only did she give me concrete advice and effective reflection questions for me to walk away with for my next step, I realized through talking with her that mapping out a career also means being clear about short term vs long term tradeoffs. I also came away reflecting on the value in being present and addressing what this point in my career is asking from me and how it contributes to the accumulation of my professional experience.

I highly recommend her; if you were already feeling curious about what Trisha offers, I hope that this review will nudge you to reach out to her! It's clear that she believes in her work, and she is a trustworthy person to talk to about your career and what it means to you.
