Alexa could not have done a better job helping my wife and I. She made the difficulties of moving with the military fade from our worries. She accommodated every request we had on our extremely short timeline to find a home that fit our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and did not sugar coat anything giving very direct and appreciated advice. She made this move the easiests (and therefore least stressful) move we have had of our 7 moves in our USAF careers. I could not recommend Alexa more highly! She is what everyone hopes for in a realtor.

Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

Additionally, we received a site visit from their supervisor, further enhancing the overall experience. I was grateful for the reassurance provided by the on-site installation supervisor. He made it clear that if there were any aspects of the placement during the installation that I was not satisfied with, I could simply inform him, and he would promptly make the required adjustments. However, it turned out that no adjustments were needed after all.

Although Sunrun was not the most economical option we received, we subscribe to the notion that quality often aligns with price. Given the magnitude of the investment, I was hesitant to solely prioritize the lowest bid. Ultimately, we could not be more satisfied with our decision, and I'm delighted to recommend Nick Miller if you're contemplating solar energy.
