Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

Working with Teresa and Toby was a pleasure. We were selling a home from out of town and they handled every little detail down to making sure we were up to code with our Co2 detectors. The process couldn't have been any smoother and the communication was spot on. Usually I'm the type were I'm the one constantly checking in to see what is going on. Teresa updated me and kept us on schedule without me needing to constantly follow up. Not only did she coordinate the transaction but also referred and coordinated a fantastic contractor to spruce up the place. Oh and was willing to drive to our place to check on a mysterious alarm that ended up being nothing more than a smoke alarm with a low battery that the neighbors noticed. Five stars is not enough! Becky started working with us to sell my brother's condo about 15 months ago. Due to issues with Probate it took us much longer than expected to get the place ready for sale. Becky handled all the refurbishment and the place turned out beautiful. About the time we were going to put it on the market, there were more legal issues to take care of. But once we got the final okay, Becky jumped into action. She got it staged and on the market in about 3 days and it looked fantastic. She spent several weekends on open houses. We finally got a decent offer and Becky took it from there. She spent a lot of time and went above and beyond making sure the buyers were satisfied and got explanations for the issues they needed answers to. My biggest thanks is because I've never sold a home before and she kept me informed and educated all the way through, along with helping me keep my sanity. I highly, highly recommend Becky. She's the absolute best at what she does and really knows how to handle all sorts of issues and people.
