Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

Before choosing Solar Energy World as my solar company I did a lot of research. I did my homework on what was available in equipment, purchasing options, and available incentives. I did the same with solar companies. I checked ratings and reviews from legitimate consumer ratings companies. I also checked with people in my community to find how they valued the solar company they used. I ignored the sites that are actually an advertising vehicle for their rated companies. I wanted to be sure that the company I chose would still be around to honor their warranty. From this I made my short list of 6 companies and made appointments with each of them to show me what they had to offer. Several of the salespersons were so HARD SELL that they turned me off almost immediately. Most were only interested in pushing their financing or leasing program that made them the most commission. I made an Excel spreadsheet of all the offers and incentives so that I could make an informed decision. S.E.W.'s Victor was a pleasure to work with. Even my dog loved him. He listened to me as he made his presentation and left it to me to decide how best it was for me to purchase. He answered all of my questions , gave me a realistic timeline, and worked with me to make sure that what I was buying would suit our needs. The price was right and their 30 year Triple Platinum Warranty does not have any exclusions. The entire project from start to finish was under the control of S.E.W.'s own employees. They promptly took care of all the applications and permits. Their installation team installed the panels and equipment leaving everything immaculate. All in all, my wife and I are very pleased that we chose S.E.W. as our solar company.

My 2025 Christmas Present

I genuinely have an overwhelming number of great things to say about Mr. LeRoy. Before I even begin highlighting how incredible he is and how exceptional his entire team has been, I want to sincerely apologize for how long it has taken me to finally sit down and write this review. Life has been nonstop, but this is something that truly deserves the time and attention.

My home buying journey initially began on October 25 with another company (and to be very clear NOT Mr. LeRoy’s). From the very beginning, that experience was frustrating and disheartening. The company repeatedly procrastinated, failed to communicate clearly, and dragged out the underwriting process for weeks. By the time December 5 rolled around, virtually no real progress had been made. At that point, I was stressed, discouraged, and honestly worried that homeownership just wasn’t going to happen for me this year.

Out of sheer frustration and desperation, I made what I can only describe as a “cry for help” post on Facebook. That single post changed everything because that’s how I found Mr. LeRoy.

From the very first conversation, the difference was night and day. Mr. LeRoy immediately took control of the situation, reviewed everything with precision, and laid out a clear, honest plan. There was no sugarcoating, no vague promises just transparency, confidence, and expertise. It was immediately obvious that he truly knows what he’s talking about and that he takes pride in doing things the right way.

What felt impossible just weeks earlier suddenly became reality. Mr. LeRoy and his team moved quickly, efficiently, and with constant communication. I always knew where I stood in the process, what was needed, and what the next step would be. That level of professionalism and dedication is rare.

And the result? I moved into my own home my very own “MTV Cribs” moment on December 23, 2025. Just in time for Christmas. What started as one of the most stressful experiences of my life turned into the greatest Christmas gift I could have ever received.

Mr. LeRoy didn’t just help me buy a house he restored my confidence, reduced my stress, and made my dream of homeownership a reality when it felt like it was slipping away. I will forever be grateful for his knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, and unwavering commitment to his clients.

Even after I continued to text him a lot (sorry sir). He was still there for me. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME AT MY HOUSE SIR!!!!!!!

If you are even thinking about buying a home, do yourself a favor and work with Mr. LeRoy. You will not regret it.
