Don, again, you and your staff have come through for me in stellar fashion. This is our third transaction together and every time 1 am impressed at your professionalism and commitment to your client. You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.
I have to congratulate Eddie and the rest of your staff for how they handled this. Everybody seemed enthusiastic and committed to getting the job done right and on time. The systems you have in place and the checks and balances virtually ensure a trouble-free deal. Well done! I've included a little extra in your check. I have dealt with realtors my whole life as my father sold real estate. I have bought and sold several houses and have helped other people in their transactions. I have worked with countless realtors while looking for property, dropping in for open houses, and actual hands-on transactions. I have yet to earn: anybody with the style, politeness, thoroughness, professionalism and care that you bring to the industry.

After a long and arduous process trying to sell our home to buy a home due to work commute it is finally finished. This endeavor has been tumultuous in so many aspects. The home that we have purchased had multiple items that needed to be fixed, and the selling agent and sellers made this process absolutely, unnecessarily, even more stressful. In fact, an escrow had to be taken out because several items till needed completing after closing. Don Marr is simply the best realtor you could hope to work with. I doubt there is anyone more knowledgeable, kind and willing to go the extra mile to get someone into their dream home. Our search was a bit tricky. We were looking to move into our forever home but were searching from a distance, working on a timeline (and budget), and while we wanted to be out in the country we also needed certain amenities like high-speed internet. Don was endlessly patient with us, driving us all over the place on our visits while he helped us hone in on what we were truly looking for. he could answer almost every question we came up with (e.g. about zoning, local climate and culture, unique septic systems,e tc.) and the few he couldn't, he quickly came back to us with a thorough answer. He genuinely wanted us to love our home, feel secure in the deal and didn't let us settle, even though it might have been easier on him! Andonce we truly fell in love with a place, things got tricky on the seller's side. yet, again, Don was not deterred. he worked so hard to make sure that the deal went through and that we were protected as the buyers every step of the way. And if you think it can't get better than all of that, you should also know that he is just the sweetest, kindest human. We feel so lucky that we got to work with Don but even luckier that we get to call him a friend.
