You shouldn't be selling real estate; you should be teaching others how to do it correctly. In the last couple of years, I did a couple of transactions and didn't use you and, to tell you the truth, I regret not using your services. The comparison between other, so-called "professionals" and you is like night and day. Again, you went to bat for me on a price and commission reduction to your possible detriment. As such, I enclose a check to make up for your loss of commission. I've also included the lost commission from the other realtors as I feel you earned it more than they did.

I moved from Maryland to The Village's and wanted to install a solar system in my new home.
This wouldn't be my first system as I used Solar Energy World (SEW) in Maryland. I chose them over other 'name brand' companies mainly because of their reputation and the fact that they don't use subcontractors. Last thing I would want is to have someone literally drilling into my roof when they may be doing something completely different the next week.
In trying to decide who to use in Florida I actually contacted my sales rep in Maryland, Jon Krill, and he told me that SEW was opening a new branch in Tampa.
Brent Cotton contacted me and the job went as smoothly and professionally as it did in Maryland.

Solar Energy World did a excellent installation on our 12/12 pitch roof and did a great job of hiding wires and piping. Looks great. Once our tier 2 system was installed Duke Energy was very slow to do their process delaying us 3 months which was not any fault of Solar Energy World. I would recommend the home owner to call Duke Energy weekly for updates because they seemed to respond quicker to the home owner. We have only been live for a week now and the weather has been over cast which slows production and we are net zero for the week meaning we owe Duke nothing for the overcast week. Therefore, I believe we will produce more than enough power when we have sunny days. Our system works great, and looks great on our home. No regrets. Great experience, I'd only use Solar Energy World. Serena was a big help and seems we got to know each other due to us calling Duke weekly. Before selecting SEW we met with 5 other solar companies and picked SEW.
Brent was very helpful with our initial meeting and helping meet all our needs for our system. It's early, but I believe we have a system that meets all our needs. Happy all the way..

After researching the internet, we felt Solar Energy World was the very best. And WOW it was. We started off with the Sales Team, Brett Cotton, and he had excellent ability to work with seniors. The next step was working with Santos and the install team and these people are true professionals. Everything went very smooth, they were done in one day. The next step was working with Alice in the office, to get with Duke Energy and the County Inspector of the whole system. She stayed on top of everything. It's something you are concerned about and they made everything very easy. And when we got our first electric bill it was so low we could not believe it. Three of our neighbors watched our Solar Energy installation and compared it to another one across the street. No comparison, all three of them have signed up with Solar Energy.

We recently had the pleasure of having Solar Energy World, Tampa, install our Solar System and couldn’t be happier. I initially saw a young man in a Solar Energy truck and stopped and asked him about the system. He informed me that he was just an inspector but to call Santos, he gave me a number, and he would help me out. I called Santos and was told if I wished he would send someone to talk to me and explain the system. Within hours I received a call set up a date. My wife and I were lucky enough to have Brent Cotton as our salesman, even though as administration that was no longer his job. He patiently explained the positives of having solar as well as the ins and outs of both leasing or purchasing the system. After we agreed to lease a system Brent walked us through the entire process. Although installation is not instantaneous, about 8 to 10 weeks with the virus, Brent and his office staff, Alice, kept us informed every step of the way. When you have contact with anyone from Solar Energy World, which is often, you will smile. Whether it is an installer, inspector, office personnel or Brent himself they are truly the nicest, most efficient people you would like to meet. Now that my system is installed and operational my wife and I have new entertainment in checking our internet app to see how much energy we are generating. In short we highly recommended Solar Energy World, Tampa.

I am thrilled with my solar panels. They have been up and working since May 12, 2022. On my electric bills, I am being charged zero dollars for power since then! I installed 200% panels for my expected usage. At the end of the year, I will get a check for the extra power I produced. To date, I have made 2500kw/hrs of power that went back to the grid!

Great experience. Could not have asked for better. All questions answered promptly, expertly, and courteously. We are still waiting for the system to come online but we expect a smooth transition.
