I first met Andrew while serving as the trust administrator for my parent's estate in San Jose. Dealing with many unique challenges managing the trust I found the need to create a team of professionals. Andrew certainly filled the need when it came to real estate. Even prior to finalizing the realtor relationship he provided assistance through the BPO document as well as names of firms that could handle the primary home inspections. When repair work was suggested by the termite inspector Andrew jumped in with a contractor referral who provided not only quality work but at a very fair price. Once Andrew came on board as our realtor he moved events along quickly through all the paperwork, staging, open house and negotiating a fair sale price with the buyer. As the trust administrator I came to rely on Andrew for his honesty, expertise in the field and knowledge of the local market. The time had come to sell her house, and we had been dreading it, since she had lived there for 50 years, and was quite the hoarder.
