Selling our house with Claudia was a great experience from beginning to end. The first time we met, Claudia came to our house and did a brief walkthrough, we were amazed at the depth of her knowledge, creativity, and great taste in design. She recommended what type of touch ups and small improvements to do, and took care of coordinating all of the work that needed to be done as well photographer who made our house look absolutely amazing! I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the way that Claudia handled the marketing and sale of my Rockridge home. Not only was she a delight to work with on a personal level, but her knowledge and instincts about current market conditions and about the marketing strategies that most appealed to buyers was unerring in every instance. Fortunately, I had the good sense to defer to her suggestions about what to repair and upgrade, and how to price and negotiate the sale of my house, even when they ran counter to my own instincts. Her sense of what needed to be done to the house in order to realize the highest possible price always proved correct. Equally important, her instincts about what should not be improved because doing so would cost more than the resulting increase in house value also contributed greatly to the successful sale of my home. Lastly, Claudia's personal approach and sense of humor took a lot of the stress out of the sale process, making the process far more enjoyable than I had anticipated that it would be. I would use Claudia again in a heartbeat for any sale or purchase of a home in the Oakland/Berkeley area.

Claudia was such a Godsend.
