Tess Stephenson

Tess has been my realtor for couple months. My sister and I came to Texas to transfer from Wisconsin and it has been a journey. We looked for apts but, prices were crazy! We were contacted by Tess, she said she seen my name on her list. She showed us some beautiful homes which we put an offer on one that first day. We were outbid by someone and that left us discouraged. Tess was comforting and let us know she would be working hard for us! After the third time being outbid she still had encouraging words! We had to go back to Wisconsin thinking we’re never going find anything. While we were in Wisconsin she would call us with homes she found to see if we were interested. She would FaceTime viewings for often, that went on for a week or so. Then in one day via FaceTime she showed four homes in a couple of hours. After discussing what she felt was a good deal and what was not so sound of a house we found our dream home. She did it!! But closing had it’s problems. Verifying things were rough! Started the job here, living out of various hotels, and not having the info that was needed put us in jeopardy of losing this home. Closing pushed back 3 to 4 times was challenging but Tess was right there fighting for us! She talked to the mortgage company, the sellers realtor, and even met with the seller herself. How did we find this angel other than God! She was a blessing because we were on our way back to Wisconsin if it wasn’t for her. We closed on our house yesterday and it feels amazing!! Tess is no longer our realtor but, now she is family!! ??
