Jill was instrumental in helping us find and close on our house. She was always available and willing to help. We had the pleasure of working with Jill Brass for a recent home purchase. A lot of our house hunt took place remotely, and Jill was willing to walk through multiple listings and provide videos and images, as well as live virtual tours at all locations. When we found our ideal house, Jill was able to keep all parties involved on-track and on-time. Her help around the time of closing was invaluable. we are so happy that we found Leslie we had property in Kila Montana to sell and we were in California she made everything go smoothly even being states away and she was such a pleasure to work with I would recommend her to anybody friends and family and if I ever needed someone in that part of Montana again I definitely would use Leslie again

Leslie was wonderful from the very start. After our first contact via email she called me to discuss our search parameters and get us detailed info via emails/apps etc. After a few months of looking at various properties through email links we decided to go to Kalispell and see the actual area. We worked on a schedule with Leslie and she held to it, but was flexible enough to allow for extra meetings as we narrowed down our search to one property. Leslie arranged for the selling realtor to meet us, and when it came to finalizing the deal she handled all of the appropriate paperwork, phone calls, and emails necessary for a smooth transition. Leslie's communications were always prompt and with the details we needed to get the property we wanted. I would highly recommend Leslie Reeder to accommodate your Kalispell (area) realtor needs.

Leslie went above and beyond getting my land sold in an amazing time frame. She researched easement rights, found a great survey company, and saved me thousands of dollars in expenses. She was able to sell my land at a great price, which was exactly where she assessed its market value. She did this all in just weeks of signing with her. I was able to button up everything before redeploying to Iraq. If you want the best realtor around then look no further.

Selling my property was a breeze thanks to Leslie. She is very informative and helpful. I listed my property with her in May and she found buyers right away. I was able to put it on the market and have cash in hand within 21/2 months. The only reason it took that long was because of my own glitch. I would have closed within a couple weeks had it not been for that glitch. I can't express how easy and quick Leslie made selling this property. I highly recommend her!!!!

Leslie is amazing! I'm based out of Los Angeles, California, but had a house in Kalispell, Montana. I decided I wanted to sell my property and she helped me throughout the process. She went above and beyond her job and even worked out collecting keys from my former tenant and helping me rid trash from my home.
Leslie is very easy to work with, very patient with me (as I have a very strong personality), and got the job done.
What I loved about her most is that she listened to my needs. When I first put my house on the market, I listed above the comparable homes to test the market. As weeks went by, we came up with a plan to sell quicker than originally discussed and Leslie assisted with the plan, followed through, and did just that.
I'm very happy with the outcome of the sell of my home. If you put your real estate needs in her hands, I'm sure you'll be glad you did as well.
