We purchased a home from out of state in the spring of 2025. Janet made the process painless. She viewed properties for us and supported us through the final purchase of a property. Janet is the ultimate realtor. Her knowledge is impeccable. She guided me through the process with. She guided me through the entire process and stood on my side. She protected me to sell my home. Janet covered all the questions we (myself, son, daughter, Andy & Jessica. (their spouses). Janet made sure we understood everything in the contracts. Janet is awesome!! I highly recommend her!!

Janet is very responsive to my questions and she is tactful and strategic about the process. When I sold my property there was a fallout of the first contract because the buyer got cold feet, but Janet helped me navigate the tricky situation so well and I was able to quickly get another offer thanks to her insights, experience and expertise. With the impact of COVID-19, Janet reacts to changes in real estate rules swiftly and she made sure I was well informed of all the changes and next steps to take. If I am to buy/sell a home again in the same proximity, I will not hesitate to call Janet again!
