To me, coming over to Altitude Home Loans at the companies formation was a "no brainer." Although I enjoyed working with my former company, once it became apparent that changes were happening and that those changes caused key personal to leave the former company it was a heads up that something big was going to happen. Once we knew that a new company, Altitude Home Loans, was formed the question was asked if we wanted to come along and join this new company. I said yes and I've never looked back nor had any regrets. Being in the business since 1995 I've worked for many different mortgage lenders, some I really liked and some not so much, but once I was offered the opportunity to come aboard I knew I'd found my final home in the mortgage business.
