As a retired person, ready to downsize without having sold our long time home, AmeriFirst went above and beyond to help us navigate the computer loan service system. Mark or Ricardo responded to our every question and followed up with calls or emails daily to help us through the loan process. When a computer problem arose, AmeriFirst offered their technology department to assist with questions and the issue was resolved. I am average computer literate, so the technology assistance was greatly appreciated. The loan process was quick, professional and ultimately easy to understand.
