With an extensive background in finance, Randall brings over 20 years of expertise in the residential / commercial finance and development realm.

Randall started in the Residential Finance in 1997 and then in 2001 opened his own mortgage brokerage under the NovaStar Home Mortgage flag which he owned until he sold the company in 2007 to Countrywide Home Loans.

Currently, he is a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer with the AmeriFirst Financial office in Tempe, AZ.

Mike MESSER & the entire Mills Team were nothing short of spectacular. They worked diligently throughout the entire buying process. Mike & Mercedes made themselves available to my concerns about documents, new utilities, moving, etc, etc, no stone was left unturned. They more than adequately answered all questions & then made doubly sure that not only was it practical, but that everything was fully UNDERSTOOD. My wife and I had a great buying experience with Randall’s team. We are first time home buyers, and they were very accessible and easy to work with. I couldn’t tell you how many questions we had, and Randall always made sure to answer our questions within a timely manner. We never had an issue with processing documents and felt very comfortable through the entire process. Randall’s team did not only help us fund our home, but they took an extra interest in our hobbies. They helped us identify grocery stores, restaurants, and fun activities in our area. My wife and I enjoy wine tasting, and when we moved in to our new home Randall’s team had sent us a tasty bottle of wine and bottle opener. We are extremely grateful and will be using them again with our next purchase.

I contacted Randall after waiting several days for a response from one of his competitors. From our first contact I knew we had found our financial team. Randall took the time to talk to us, and really listen as we explained what we needed. Within a couple days we were pre-approved, and once we chose a home, we closed within 3 weeks. This was only possible because of the way Randall and his team stayed on top of things. They are very efficient and clearly explained the tiniest of details so we wouldn't feel overwhelmed. It's not often that a business handles something as involved as a mortgage without something being less than hoped. But the Mills Team (and they function as a well-oiled team) hit it out of the ball park at each step. We closed in 21 days (from contract to keys) in the midst of the holidays. These guys actually did what they said they would at every turn.

I had been trying to buy a house for more than 4 years-ish. I kept working with my credit union, and tried a couple of solo lender firms. Absolutely none of them were as attentive, direct and nearly as helpful as The Mills Team.
