Mr. Kron is a true professional. Due to COVID-19 we were put in a very bad situation which required gap financing in order to be able close on our new home which we were set to pay cash for. When others failed miserably, and some flat out refused service, Matt came through in magnanimous style.

Our situation was very difficult, due to COVID-19 we had lost our current home sale 22 days before closing on our new home. We had to secure tenants, file back taxes, prepare P&L and balance sheets, etc. With all independent contractor and self employment income, and in the middle of a pandemic where no one could even obtain tax transcripts, we found ourselves trapped in a version of hell we would never like to repeat. Mr. Kron steered our ship through countless obstacles, including massive obstacles set forth by our builders title company, and in the end we are in a much better place financially then we would have been. Our old home is now an asset which generates income well beyond that of our gap loan. I highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone seeking a financing expert, he is a true rockstar!!!
