Due to the Covid crisis and extraneous variables during this time Rebecca and I have never officially met. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable about the lending process and often explained to me in very clear language just what was going on at every step of the way. I very much appreciated her patience and diligence. And she's so easy to talk to, and easy to get ahold of! If I called her and she was on another call, I instantly got a text message that she was busy and would call me as soon as she had a chance. And she always did just that! And she sent a Thank You card after the house and loan closed. Don't see that much these days!
