In early January my family determined it was time to pursue the dream of home ownership. After connecting with a realtor we were directed to Jack for the loan process. Our experience with Jack and his team was phenomenal! The steps we needed to take to complete the process were well defined, our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, in one matter we directed a question to Jack via voice-mail on a weekend and we're responded to immediately! On February 28 we signed on the home of our choice with Jack in attendance to witness the closing and accomplishment of our dream. I cannot truly describe for you how wonderful it was to leave that office knowing Our next step was to be handed keys! If only Jack could make the actually packing and moving so easy!
