Let me just say that this was a learning experience and I could not have ask for a better person to take this journey with. Margot De la Paz was so helpful in the buying process. She explained every step to me in detail and made sure i understood each step as what was next and what was needed. This was a stressful process but Ms De la Paz put my mind at ease and would go above and beyond to ensure that everything looked good and we had everything turned in in a timely manner. I was so happy and excited when i finally closed on my home on the 22nd of November. I couldn't thank her enough for all she did for me and for making this a positive experience. It was our pleasure to work with Margot. She went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. She made sure it was a smooth process. She thoroughly explained the process and answered all of our questions even after her office hours. She kept us informed of all changes and updates as soon as they happened. She worked really hard in getting us the lowest interest rate possible at this time when interest rates are very high. We reached out to other lenders but Margot gave us the best options, price and customer service. She is a true professional very knowledgeable and helpful. Our realtor introduced us to Desirae and we were so happy he did because she was (and still is!) awesome! As first time home buyers we had many questions through out the entire process. Desirae made us feel comfortable enough to shoot her texts about any questions or concerns we had. I also really liked how she used a tracker to track all of our important milestones when it came to tracking the status of our home loan. She’s very knowledgeable and I will recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home.
