Jeff Cruz and William "Bob" Watson were extremely professional and thorough during my entire home loan and home-buying experience. I came to them with, I would say, more than the average person's number of questions and even presented to them on three different occasions with the intention of buying a home. Unfortunately, the first two home deals fell through during the option periods but neither of those first two defunct scenarios deterred Jeff or Bob who both were exceptionally patient. When I approached them a third time to finally get the home I knew was “the one,” they were able to consolidate information I previously had given from the first two attempts to save time and, quickly processed the updated information required to process my new loan for the new home. All closing paperwork was completed perfectly and on time! I also was kept apprised of where everyone was in “the process,” and Jeff and Bob were always ac cessible if I had questions or concerns.
