As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what to expect. We did research on the “top lenders” and soon learned that they were not a right fit for us. One of the lenders said to just try again in 3 months while the other was trying to force us into a home we ultimately couldn’t even afford. They used terminology we didnt understand without explanation and made us feel like we were a bother with our questions. What should have been an exciting time for us ended up turning in to a huge disappointment. With those bad experiences we went back to looking for houses to rent with our realtor. After opening up to her about our experiences she recommended Ron Robinson. Being as though this would be the third time to inquire about buying a home, we were hesitant to begin the process again... but, you know what they say, third time is a charm. Ron Robinson completely turned our experience around and made us thankful it didn’t work out with the others. The first phone call to Ron was easing in a way where we immediately felt comfortable. I shared what our goals were while mentioning our previous experiences and he was able to set expectations on how determined he was to get us where we wanted to be. Day or night Ron was there to answer any and all questions we had; even for simple explanations on the markets’ terminology. He helped us set realistic financial boundaries to help improve our credit scores. Not only did we get to where we needed to be with our scores but with his continuous guidance we exceeded those scores. He took the time to go over both of our reports and extensively helped us identify the areas of improvement. With the help of his assistant Vino, in the blink of an eye, we were finally beginning the life cycle of the loan. Ron and Vino kept in constant communication with us on items needed as well as any updates on our application. In all aspects, Ron exceeded our expectations and we are so pleased with the outcome. Without his support and guidance we would still be in the same situation; trying to figure out how to get our family into a home we could afford. Ron treated us like people and not just like another check. I wish everyone could have a wonderful individual like Ron to help them through their home buying process. Ron made the overall process so smooth and easy. Ron, thank you for everything you and your team have done for us, you have changed our home buying experience and have changed our lives.

Let me just say that this was a learning experience and I could not have ask for a better person to take this journey with. Margot De la Paz was so helpful in the buying process. She explained every step to me in detail and made sure i understood each step as what was next and what was needed. Our realtor introduced us to Desirae and we were so happy he did because she was (and still is!) awesome! As first time home buyers we had many questions through out the entire process.
