Very informative and support during the loan process. All our question was answered in a timely manner. This loan process was very smooth.

Dan came to me highly recommended by a colleague. He referred me a client that needed an agent with patience and time to assist her. Patty and I met and we instantly hit it off. We went house shopping right away. Once she found the one, we wrote an offer, got it accepted even with it having multiple offers. I sent the accepted offer over to Dan and he took off with it. He was detailed, fast and had the best communication skills before, during and after our escrow! Together we made sure to answer any questions with efficient time to our client. We were able to close on our clients house in less than 20 days! I have never been so pleased to work with a lender like I am with Dan. I really hope to have many more escrow with him in the near future!

Sara is such a kind and wonderful person who is very skilled and knowledgeable. She worked extra hard helping us purchase our dream home. I highly recommend Sara as she loves what she’s does and has a great attitude. She answers right away and calls whenever we need something. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Buying a home was one of the furthest things from my mind. After experiencing a few long years of difficulties we never thought we could purchase another home. Dan was so easy going and positive, I began to believe we might actually buy a home. Dan treated us like valued customers, not like people with "challenged credit". Dan went out of his way to make everything as easy as possible and put up with all of our craziness.

Sara was great! She made the whole process so smooth and even the thought of being able to buy a house possible. Being first time home buyers with little savings we had a very hard time with other people who wanted nothing to do with us and would not give us any information so for along time it seemed impossible. Sara patiently took the time to educate us and help us eventually get to our goal. She was the one who helped us see it was possible to have a house of our own. Now because of her we are new homeowners. I would highly recommended Sara especially to new home buyers who are very lost and confused with the whole process.

Sara was AMAZING. Being first time home owners we didn’t know much about this whole process. Anytime I had a question or concern she was there with an answer to help guide us. The process went so smooth. I felt like I was informed with everything going on. I would highly recommend her to any of our friends or family who are interested in buying a home.

We had a complicated buy and nothing compounded that more than the City of Modesto, not to mention the corporate mindset of Chicago Title. In the days of people/company’s only wanting to do the minimum and/or just what they are contracted to do Joshua stands out/apart, his sol job was to get us the loan but found myself leaning on him because of his legal background (knowledge) and because he was polite enough to make himself available (always responded). In short, Joshua is a “go-getter” and follows through to accomplish his goals; am happy to recommend him!
