Lana has been an absolute blessing during our house hunting/buying process. Lana worked so hard to find a house that fits most of, if not all, of our expectations, and when we thought there was no hope, she presented us with a house that hit all of our expectations. We’re so glad we chose to work with Alec Rodriguez for the home buying process. We met Alec at an open house and liked his vibe right away—down to earth, honest, and friendly. He reached out to us a few times after the open house to share listings that fit what we were looking for, and when we told him we weren’t ready to get serious about the process yet (we didn’t want to waste his time), he hung back but still checked in every now and then to ask how things were going and update us on changes in the market. We liked that he was low-pressure, informative, and zeroed in on our priorities, so when we were ready, we set up a meeting with him to learn more about how he works and what the process looks like. We’re slow and careful decision-makers (especially as first-time homebuyers) and we really appreciated that he immediately rolled with our pace. I worked with Alec, I went to an open house that he was Hosting, and he introduced himself to my family and I. He started showing us homes. I would call him to meet at a home, and he would be there in 20 minutes. He showed me several homes and what we liked about him the most, is that he never pushed us into purchasing a certain home, he made sure it was the home we wanted. Our son-in-law and daughter had an excellent experience buying their first home with Josh as their realtor.
