Nick was truly exceptional. The knowledge that he has about the home value and housing market is something that we really appreciated. And we can’t tell you enough how flexible and efficient this guy is. We were only able to find our perfect home because he was quick enough to schedule a showing without any planning at 8 p.m., and we were able to submit our offer that night. He got our offer ready just in time.

He made us feel comfortable enough, so we were not afraid of asking any silly questions that a first-time home buyer would have. He also has a lot of knowledge about small details about the house and trends, which was great to bounce ideas off of to decide if we should update anything or not.

We had him driving 30–40 minutes in opposite directions multiple times a day, and he was just as excited and energetic for each one of those houses as we were. His passion for real estate does reflect in his work, and we are so grateful that we chose him to help us find our perfect home!!
