My mom passed away during the process, and she made sure things were as smooth as possible. I backed in to the corner of of garage on moving day, and she was able to repair the damage. The company who packed our pod did a terrible job, and she was one of a couple of people who came to help fix it. This is the third house I have sold, and even though my stress level was high for other reasons I never worried about the house. Melissa made this the easiest house related experience of my life.

When I first met Tracy I wasn't looking for a realtor, but I realized within minutes she was someone who could be trusted. Later, when I needed a realtor, I contacted her to help me with the details. She showed me a listing I was familiar with but had passed on it because it was over my budget and the listing sounded a bit "sketchy". Within days she showed me the house, negotiated a good deal for me and the seller, and a couple weeks later we closed.
