DAVID HART is a wonderful real estate agent/broker. He really works for his clients by taking great pictures and videos. He explains the process in detail and when something comes up, he calls you right away. He takes time with the potential buyer and talks to them to see what they like and will work for them
If potential buyer says a negative, he will always make it a positive. He showed our house twice and got two contracts. Mr. HART is the Agent you need to use to sell your property, as very knowledgeable with all his years in real estate.

From the first time I spoke to Bryant I knew he would be the one to help us find that perfect place to call home. I just wish I would have found him sooner.
After trying 3-4 different agents who didn't have the time, patience or the experience and who were not willing to walk property and explain the process of buying raw land to us.
I needed someone that was willing to walk raw land and answer all of our random questions,concerns etc. On top of that we have 4 small children.
