Michael did an amazing job helping us find our first investment property in Sacromento! When putting in an offer, Michael made sure to communicate with the other realtors to get as much information for us as possible. He was very professional and helped us negotiate a great price! He also set us up with an inspector who gave us honest advise on any issues with the house. Since we are not familiar with the Sacromento area, Michael also referred us to a local handyman who can help us with any minor issues around the house. Along with all his professional knowledge and recommendations, Michael also went out of his way to drive to Sacromento for all the inspections and the closing process with no complaints. Nichole is a great realtor. I have been working with her out of state for 3-4 years looking for that special place to call home in Oregon. It hasn't been easy with the housing market, not a great time for buyers. Until today! I just recorded the deed to my new property. Nichole was amazing, smart and communicated well through out the process. I found the ability to talk to her any time day or night a huge comfort. She was super fast and cheerful every step in the process and knew her stuff. That meant a lot!

Lynn did an awesome job. She really knows her job. She physically checked out several properties we were thinking of buying before we looked at them ourselves and her input saved us a lot of money. She is very in tune to what the customer is after. She is very sharp. I would highly reccomend her . If you are looking for a house and are in a tight squeeze and need something fast or you have some time to look, then she is your go to agent. She showed us a new build in the edgewater development, and we wound up buying. Brand new spec home, HOA, but hey we used the pool today and poof, who cares about a 170.00 a month fee. Trash and lawn service provided. Eveything went smooth and Tru Homes was fabulous, we have been here for 3 days now and thank heavens we had Lynn on our side.
