My story starts with being 1 of 10 siblings as homeowners, and I living in Indiana as the "Contact Person" for our sale. I was given Wes' name from a friend in the Rapids area. After several phone calls, I felt Wes was on his game. He forwarded recent sale data from the area, and explained the listing/bidding process. Next, he coached me through the process of signatures from 10 family members across 4 states. Finally, Wes made the closing cost/details understandable. I feared multiple road trips to Rapids and possibly uncertainty among family members. He made it a smooth and "remote access' transaction. A great job and someone I highly recommend.

I have used Liz Strnad on two occasions, I bought a home and sold a home with her. My experience with her on both sales were from the time the contract is signed till closing day she is 110% engaged.
