Steph was awesome from start to finish. We had zero issues at all during the process. We seen a house post on the market and reached out to see if we could see the house. She responded immediately and we were at the house in a couple hours. We fell in love with the house and put an offer in right there and she stayed on top of the process and we had offer accepted in less then 24 hours. Steph also kept in contact throughout the entire process from showing house to after closing. The biggest thing in buying a house is communication and she excelled in that. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Selling a home is hard enough. Try adding the fact that we are selling my parents lovely home after they passed away, with 6 signatories and we all live out of state. We made this sale as tough as it can get for Blaise and he made it as easy for us as he could. Every challenge (and there was A LOT) was met with a "I got it," a "don't worry," and "it's a pleasure." He was professional from the first meet and had kept us updated with phone calls, emails and texts every step of the way.
