Throughout the entire homebuying process, Wanell was so helpful. She's a great communicator and is very down-to-earth, which made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated Wanell's knowledge and willingness to share her opinion on houses I wanted to see - what was a great deal, bad deals, things to look for when looking at houses, etc. Throughout the process, Wanell was very communicative, was readily available whenever I needed to talk, and made sure I felt comfortable with things. I wasn't able to be at the home inspection, so she went for me and updated me on the status of the house after. She's very familiar with the Killeen/Harker Heights/Temple area and that was very beneficial as well. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor. Choose Wanell! You won't regret it. :)
