When it comes to Real Estate, you need only one name - Dawn Meden! In my experience for searching for and purchasing my new home, Dawn made sure she was clear on my objectives and worked tirelessly anticipating my wants, needs, questions and all staying within my budget. Dawn was the quintessential professional with her knowledge of the area and real estate in general, her connections and recommendations for any service one might need, with the added bonus of being so down to earth and personable that she felt like an old friend. Dawn took a situation for me that was frightening and made me feel confident and capable. She was always available with any concern and never did she make me feel like I was too much.
