Jeff went above and beyond making us first time home buyers in 29 days from viewing to signing & closing! My daughter asked me to use Aidan Dituri for a recent home purchase in the Coeur d'Alene area because he is a good friend of hers and told me he'd do a good job. Not knowing Aiden I trusted her advice. Aidan was fantastic during the whole process. He was on top of the home search every step of the way, was always available for advice and to show homes, and negotiated a great price for for our daughter. During the escrow period he showed how well he knew the contracts and paperwork and kept every detail in line. He communicated with us constantly every step of the way. I am licensed as an Idaho real estate broker and could have done the whole deal myself but am vey happy I trusted Aidan to complete this transaction for us and make it completely stress free.

There are so many realtors to choose from and it can be confusing. As a first time home buyer I am so thankful I chose Tara. She walk with me through the process, kept me informed and up to date with all the details. Her knowledge of local real estate and her building experience sets her apart from many others. As a buyer you are focusing so much on the appearance but Tara adds her knowledge of the bones of a house . This was priceless!

We have bought and sold many properties over the years and Jenny has been by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Very professional, attentive, keeping us updated, and checking in often. I will start by saying that Jenny Graham and her team did a great job. Recently we sold a business, and we were very reluctant about a new buying–selling experience. Unlike the previous real estate agent, Jenny was fantastic. She made the buying process easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. At the time of buying the house in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, we were living in California and Jenny went above and beyond to make the process smooth while we were away.

I have so much to say and don’t know where to start.
Jeff truly cares and has a big heart. He is very passionate about getting you the right home, at the right price. He treated us like family. Nothing about the process felt transactional. Very much the opposite of what I expect out of a real estate agent.

Jenee' Riedel Gets thing done!!! Jenee' is an awesome person. Handling our Washington home for sale while we were in Texas and taking care of everything and more importantly, keeping us informed and staying in contact frequently. Jenee' staged the property and maintained the place so it could be shown in a minutes notice was over and above what you would expect from a realtor. all of this and our home was located on an island in the Puget Sound. Not only is she a knowledgeable real estate professional but she has a feel for the markets and trends. You can not go wrong if you choose Jenee'. I hit the jackpot when Lisa agreed to represent me selling my home. A couple small issues and we were on the market- selling in 5 days! Escrow began easy enough until the bumpy road hit. I won’t go into details because it’s kind of unbelievable, but after 57 long days of curves, corners and what felt like dead-ends we finally closed!!! I would have given up if Lisa hadn’t been my realtor. A lot of push & shove got me a sold home, and she encouraged me with my new home! And …I have a friend for life. Thanks Lisa!!!
