She was quick to schedule viewings, followed up with directions and timelines, and did a great job finding places that met our needs. When we moved forward in the buying process, we wanted to negotiate some changes after the J-1 inspection and appraisal, she gave great advice and talked us through things that were realistic while also respecting our choices which ultimately helped us to make the best decisions. She was able to negotiate for everything we wanted. Throughout the process she was organized and thorough, even after our sale we had some issues with some of the repairs and she quickly jumped in to help and get it resolved (which she wasn't obligated to do). Where do I start...we are from the mainland and have a son finishing a PhD program at the Univ of Hawaii. We needed to purchase a place and Stephanie could not have done more.
