Damien listened to my needs. He was always available when I had questions. He would return my calls in a timely manner. He gave me good direction and feedback. Damian was fantastic and got things done and sold for us quickly. He even sat down to explain things to my grandmother so she would be comfortable with the whole process. He really went out of his way. We moved my grandmother to an assisted living complex so selling was a huge priority. He was even able to sell the house before going to market. He is very professional and made this the smoothest transaction I have ever had selling or buying a home. I would recommend him to anyone.
