Jamie is amazing! She helped us look for the perfect Alaskan home while we were still living in New Hampshire. We went through a few FaceTime showings, she was there for us in -45 degree weather when we flew over for a showing. She went above and beyond for us and was honest in her findings in the houses when we couldn’t be there in person. She knew what we were looking for and found it for us. We are so grateful for her!!

Me & my husband are the buyers of the home. Recently we bought the house located at North Pole. The realtor Jamie Napolski is very punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking as well as very professional. She listens to your needs & located several homes that were suitable to us. She also point outs the pro & cons of each house we see, so we can comparing houses & sort out which houses are our closely matched to our dream home. She also points out the importance of the location & neighborhood of the homes. I agreed with her. You want to drive less time to work or to stores which makes life easier on you & your family. As for the neighborhood of the home you chose is an important part of your decision as well. For example, is it safe for children to play outside ; your teenage to walk to school or wait for the school bus. That will greatly affect you & your family worries & safety. Furthermore, bad neighborhoods devalue your dream home in time. You want to buy a house increased value so you are happy with your purchase.
One thing I like my agent Jamie is you do not feel pressure or stress in choosing houses. My husband works a lot, Jamie compromise with our schedule even on weekends to show us homes. She pay attention to details in documents. She keeps you updated informations if anything changes. So you have a peace of mind in making the right decision to purchase your dream home. Mr Maynard was top notch! He was very persistent and worked along side us helping us every step of the way in purchasing a home. He and his wife (who works diligently by his side) are highly recommended.

My wife and I have been working with Kirk and Lisa for a couple years. We had some pretty specific criteria but were not in a rush to buy so we took our time and monitored the listings for a couple years. Over this time, Kirk would periodically check in with us, but was not pushy about it at all. When we saw a potential house Kirk was always responsive and would arrange a showing quickly. Kirk did a few market valuations for us throughout this time to help us decide if and what to offer. They were all very accurate and close to the ultimate sale price of the properties. He understands the current market trends well. Once we began the purchase process on our house, he helped us prepare a competitive offer. His familiarity with different local lenders and inspectors was invaluable. Even with a unique property that had some challenges to navigate with counter offers and such, the whole process went so quickly and smoothly that when the time came, I was surprised that we had already gotten to the point of signing the closing documents.
